The method used in this research is quantitative reasearch using three measuring instruments, namely Servant Leadership (SL-7) scale by Liden et al (2015) with a validity value of 0,579 – 0,779 and a reliability value of 0,686. Then, the the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) by Schaufeli et al (2002) with a validity value of around 0,867 – 0,898 and a reliability value of 0,884. Last, Opennes to Change (OC) scale by Miller et al. (1994) with validity value around 0,154 – 0,415 and reliability value of 0,323.
