Persepsi Tenaga Kesehatan Terhadap Dampak Paparan Radiasi dan Proteksi Radiasi dari Peralatan Radiologi di Fasilitas Kesehatan Swasta Non-BPJS

Abstract

Paparan radiasi pengion dari peralatan radiologi di fasilitas kesehatan menimbulkan risiko 
kesehatan kronis bagi tenaga kesehatan seperti kerusakan DNA, kanker, dan gangguan hematologi, 
meskipun regulasi BAPETEN No. 4/2020 mewajibkan proteksi optimal. Penelitian ini 
mengidentifikasi persepsi tenaga kesehatan terhadap dampak paparan radiasi dan menganalisis 
hubungan persepsi proteksi dengan kepatuhan alat pelindung diri (APD), mengisi gap studi lokal 
yang minim fokus fasilitas swasta. Menggunakan desain kuantitatif deskriptif cross-sectional, data 
primer dikumpul via kuesioner Likert dari 90 responden sebagai radiographer dan tenaga 
kesehatan di 5 fasilitas kesehatan swasta Non-BPJS di Kota Serang dengan purposive sampling 
(pengalaman >1 tahun). Analisis mencakup validitas-reliabilitas Cronbach Alpha (>0.7), statistik 
deskriptif, dan regresi sederhana. Hasil menunjukkan 65% responden persepsi risiko tinggi kanker 
dan hematologi, namun hanya 42% patuh penuh APD. Regresi sederhana menghasilkan R=0.632, 
R²=0.40, β=0.586 (p<0.001), mengonfirmasi pengaruh positif signifikan persepsi dampak terhadap 
kepatuhan. Temuan selaras studi sebelumnya tapi menyoroti gap fasilitas kesehatan swasta non
BPJS akibat kurang pelatihan dikarenakan kebijakan internal yang kurang ketat, 
merekomendasikan pemantauan TLD rutin dan edukasi BAPETEN. Implikasi penelitian dengan 
kebijakan lokal perkuat APD dan fisikawan medis. Penelitian selanjutnya tentang studi 
longitudinal biomarker.
