Conference Rules

Presentation Rules (Online & Onsite)

  1. Each presenter has 15 minutes including Q&A. Session chair will stop if overtime.

  2. Presenters must join at least 10 minutes before the session starts.

  3. Presentation slides and talks must be delivered in English.

  4. Questions and answers are conducted in English.

  5. At least one registered author must present the paper; otherwise the paper may be excluded from proceedings.

Technical Suggestions

  1. Use a laptop/PC with stable internet connection (Wi-Fi/LAN preferred).

  2. Choose a quiet place to avoid background noise or interruptions.

  3. Test audio, video, and slides before the session.

  4. Prepare a backup internet connection or device if possible.

  5. A practice session can be arranged upon request for those unfamiliar with the platform.
